Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail directly to each tenant.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
For large deliveries, trucks can park in the back or on right side of the building. Large deliveries are brought in through the back door. There is no loading dock or loading area for this building.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
